Your Instagram account must be set to public during delivery
You will not change your username until delivery is complete
You will not open disputes or chargebacks without contacting us first
You understand followers may drop naturally over time
You may not use our services for:
Illegal activities or content
Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
Impersonating others or misleading audiences
Any violation of Instagram's Terms of Service
Scelta Cloud is not responsible for:
Instagram account bans, suspensions, or algorithm changes
Natural follower drops or engagement fluctuations
Third-party actions or technical failures
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.
Instagram does not endorse or authorize third-party growth services. You use our services at your own risk. We recommend reviewing Instagram's Terms of Service before ordering.
We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order (username, email, payment details). We do not store your Instagram password. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties except for payment processing.
Opening a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first violates these terms. You will be liable for:

Chargeback fees ($20-$50)
Collection costs if applicable

Modify or discontinue services at any time
Refuse service to anyone for any reason
Update these terms without prior notice
